Two questions, then your options
What are your actual
options right now?
Answer two questions about your sale and a licensed specialist comes back with the replacement options that genuinely fit. It takes about thirty seconds and costs nothing.

Where are you in your sale?
No details needed yet. This just tells us which options are open to you.
- Independent
- Not a sponsor. No inventory of our own to place.
- Free to you
- Sponsors pay a fixed fee per introduction, never a percentage.
- Licensed
- Every option reviewed by a licensed specialist.
Before you start
- What happens after I submit this?
- A licensed specialist reviews what you have told us and comes back with the replacement options that fit your capital and your timeline. There is no cost at any stage and nothing is sold on the call.
- Why do you need my phone number?
- Because the useful part of this is a conversation rather than a brochure, and the questions that matter are quicker to answer by phone. If you would rather only be emailed, say so on the call or reply to the confirmation and we will note it.
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. Sponsors compensate us on a fixed per introduction basis, never as a percentage of what you invest, so a larger allocation does not pay us more and there is no option we need you to choose.
- Do I have to be an accredited investor?
- Not to speak to us. Accreditation only matters for certain replacement options such as Delaware Statutory Trusts and private funds, which are available to accredited investors only. Plenty of options do not require it.
1031Property is an independent information and referral service. We are not a broker dealer, a Qualified Intermediary, a tax adviser or a law firm, and we do not sell securities or property. Nothing here is tax, legal or investment advice. Delaware Statutory Trust interests are securities offered to accredited investors only through a licensed broker dealer and definitive offering documents, and investing involves risk including the loss of principal.
